1. Tours may be operated on behalf of Bophelo Tours & Safaris by a recognized outside tour operator.
2. Bookings are subject to availability at time of reservation.
3. Free pick-up service in Pretoria area for tourists/passengers with confirmed reservations is available. Pick-ups beyond Pretoria are catered for, are quoted upon request and is subject to availability.
4. All tours are conducted in English by registered tourist guides. Other languages are catered for, are quoted upon request and is subject to availability.
5. VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are accepted.
6. We strongly recommend tourists to consult with their doctors on prescribed medication against malaria before entering malaria risk areas.
7. Bophelo Tours & Safaris carry passenger liability; however we strongly advise tourists/passengers to take additional and adequate insurance out in order to cover personal accidents, medical expenses and loss of baggage.
8. While Bophelo Tours & Safaris, their employees and/or agents will take every care against such contingencies, they cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempted from any liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal property.
9. We do require a minimum of two people to conduct a tour.
10. Private and tailor-made tours are available and are quoted for separately.
11. We reserve the right to arrange for passengers to be taken on by an associate company running the same or a similar tour, should circumstance require it.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on reservation and the balance is payable 3 weeks before departure. If a reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee, calculated as a percentage of the total tour price, will be charged and will be determined as follows:
